Amira

Amira is an Egyptian-American visual artist who primarily works with acrylic paint. She explores the combination of painting, photography, calligraphy, dried flowers, and other media. While her work has changed over time – exploring different media and themes – it has generally incorporated inspiration from her cultural and religious background, nature, poetry, and/or current events. Amira has attempted to reflect
the messages in her artwork with what she does with them, namely contributing a portion of proceeds from art sales to causes she believes in and humanitarian assistance organizations.
